The project decision register — record each decision once and see where it still has to be said across the document set.
A decision happens in one place and has to be specified in several documents — the plan, the section, the detail, the elevation, the schedule — and it is always missing from one of them. Dictum records each decision with who decided it and which consultant drawing and revision it came from, puts it on a point, an element or a type, and works out where it still has to be said.
"Told" is a calculation, never a button: it counts the annotations actually placed. A new revision of the source document sends every decision that came from it back to be reconfirmed, and the map colours the model by what is still missing.
