Marina Tower — Block A

This week the team logged 63 tracked changes on Marina Tower — Block A, concentrated on the Level 2 partition layout and the door schedule. Ava Ferrand and Luca Costa drove the architectural edits; Jon Okafor's framing coordination and Mei Ito's MEP routing followed. Eight room areas were recomputed automatically after walls moved — attributed to Revit, not a person. Five elements were deleted during the partition rework, all recoverable from the Deleted Elements log with their last-known location.

Level 2 partition rework

The bulk of the week: three partitions were removed and four created to open up the Unit 2.03 living space, with wall heights and base constraints adjusted to the new ceiling. This rippled into the door schedule and the room boundaries below.

Door schedule cleanup

Fire ratings and Marks were corrected in eleven door edits across five doors, so the schedule reads clean — the kind of edit that never shows in a 3D view but changes what gets built.

Structure & MEP coordination

Jon repositioned two framing members clear of the new opening; Mei rerouted a duct run and two pipes to suit. No clashes were introduced by the moves.

Priorities

• Review the five deletions on Level 2 before the next issue — confirm none were load-bearing.
• Spot-check the remaining Level 2 doors for Fire Ratings — the five reworked ones are complete.
• Sync cadence is healthy (mean 41 min); no one is holding stale worksets.

Revision note: Compared with last week: change volume up 22%, driven by the Level 2 rework; deletions down from nine to five.
